THE PENN STATE UPPER FLOORS STUDY

In 2010-2011 the DBA worked with Penn State to assess the potential for revitalizing and developing downtown Danville’s vacant upper floors.  The result of this collaboration was a study that concluded the quantity and quality of existing downtown business stock are suitable for a variety of unique living and business areas.  Based upon the study’s conclusions, the DBA has made the creation of a downtown vertical development plan one of its strategic goals for future growth and a sustainable economy.
